We hear this most. a landlord pricing up the software, OpenRent Community forum, 14 May 2026 — someone in the same position as you.
What we collect
Pageviews. Each page records an anonymous pageview: the path, and the domain of the page you arrived from. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no trackers, no advertising technology.
Orders. If you buy a pack, we store an order record — the Stripe session id, the email address Stripe gives us with the receipt, and which pack you bought — in Cloudflare KV for 90 days, so your download link keeps working. After that it is deleted automatically.
Payments. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see them and they never touch this site.
Infrastructure. The site runs on Cloudflare Workers, which keeps its own standard request logs.
The box at the foot of every page. If you answer “what did you come here to find out?”, we store what you type, the page you were on, and the time you sent it. We do not store your name, your email address, your IP address, or your postal address, and the answer is not tied to any account, because there are no accounts. It is kept for four months and then deleted automatically. To have an answer removed sooner, email hello@getaxionlabs.com and quote the words you typed — that is the only way we can find your answer among the rest, since we hold nothing else that points to it, and it is why there is no self-service delete. If you send the box a price word instead of a sentence, we store which of three words you picked about the price beside your answer. The box asks you to wait a moment before it will send, using a timer in your own browser; a reader with JavaScript switched off has no such timer, so on that path the length of what you wrote is the only check.
The throttle on that box. So that one machine cannot flood the box and bury real answers, the site counts how many answers have arrived recently from your connection. It counts them against a one-way hash of your connecting IP address, worked out while your request is being handled and thrown away with it. The address is not stored, the hash is not stored, and neither is written to any log we keep — the count lives inside Cloudflare and answers our code with a yes or a no. The same throttle runs on the pageview beacon, under its own separate count, so a reader turning pages cannot use up the allowance that keeps the answer box open.
What we do not collect
No accounts, no passwords, no newsletter.
No tax figures. The checker and the deadline calculator run entirely in your browser — the numbers you type are never sent anywhere and are gone when you close the tab.
Your name, National Insurance number and tax affairs are never requested and never stored.

To ask what we hold about an order, or to have it deleted before the 90 days are up, email hello@getaxionlabs.com with your Stripe receipt. Deleting an order record deactivates its download link.
