What you are buying

Digital PDF guides, delivered immediately on screen after payment. No physical goods are shipped. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Cancellation and the 14-day right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. Because your download is released immediately on payment, at checkout you agree that supply begins straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once the download is released. Your rights where a product is faulty or not as described are unaffected.

Refunds

• All sales are final once the download is released, except as set out below.
• Fault-first: if something is genuinely wrong with what you download — a corrupt file, missing pages, content that is not as described — reply to your Stripe receipt within 14 days telling us exactly what is wrong. We fix it first.
• If we cannot fix it, we refund 100%.
• One refund per customer. Refunded orders are deactivated and the download link stops working.

Licence

Products are licensed for your own personal or business use. You may print them. You may not resell, redistribute or republish them.

Free data

The answer pages and the /api/answers endpoint are free to use, including commercially, with attribution and a link back. The underlying tax rules are Crown copyright material published on GOV.UK under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have under the law of the part of the UK where you live.
